Candy apple

After creating an earlier piece called 'Joyful the piece that had no name', I really wanted to do a few more fruit pieces and create a series. This is a playful, pop art inspired, vividly coloured series. Candy Apple is the second in this set, and I am in love with it. It's a little piece of sunshine, a little spring time air, a little pop art, and a lot of fun. While 'Joyful', the piece that started this series came as a surprise to me - with a surprisingly deep yet optimistic message to it as well, the other pieces in this series, including Candy Apple, are just fun, uplifting, and vibrant little gems, with no particular meaning behind them. And sometimes awesome, fun art, is exactly what is needed!
