Candy lime

After creating an earlier piece called 'Joyful the piece that had no name', I really wanted to do a few more fruit pieces and create a series. This is a playful, pop art, bright inspired series. Candy Lime is the third in this set, and I LOVE the colours. It's a little retro, a little palm springs, a little pop art, and a lot of fun. While 'Joyful', the piece that started this series came as a surprise to me - with a surprisingly deep yet optimistic message to it as well, the other pieces in this series, including Candy Lime, are just fun, uplifting, and vibrant little gems, with no particular meaning behind them. Sometimes life just calls for awesome fun art!
